To reset your Franklin Pierce password (used for accessing: Outlook, Canvas, CampusWeb, and library databases from off-campus) click on the link below.
To reset your password on a database (used for personalization features or accessing through an app such as the New York Times, Economist, or Up-to-Date) you will need to access the database via the library's website. Click on the link below to go to the list of library databases. Sign in to the database and click on the Forgot Password link.
